No longer sick!

 Well, today marks my 1 month anniversary of living unmedicated for the first time in a few years. Thanks to the shortage of Adderall, I've had to deal with all the fun things that come with ADHD... well, I had to deal with them before, but the Adderall certainly helped. I haven't been as productive as I would've liked and my moods haven't been the most stable, but what can you do really except grin and bear it? Though at this point I'm tired of grinning!

Also a few days ago I recovered from a nasty cold AND pink eye which I hadn't had since I was a kid. It's also been years since I've gotten sick, so I guess 2023 is for reliving the past??! It got so bad though at one point I totally lost my voice and one morning I woke up from a Nyquil-induced coma and hallucinated Bosch from the game Brutal Orchestra telling me to go back to sleep. Which I did, naturally

This is the motherfucker that told me to take my ass back to snooze town.

But I'm alright now, thankfully. And I'm extra thankful the whole pink eye fiasco only took like two days to clear up, I hate putting drops in my eyes but I was dousing them in those eyedrops like they were on fire.

OH and lastly, this is good news, last Friday my friend has started his new D&D campaign that I've been anxiously waiting for since he told me about it more than a year ago. I'm kinda the "lore keeper" for this campaign so I know a lot more than the other players, which is also nice because my character is a librarian so of course she would know about this stuff. But anyways yeah the first session was amazing, and I'm so looking forward to more!

Anyway that's about it for February Happenings, can you believe this month is already almost over? Time truly flies like an arrow... and fruit flies like a banana :3
